Shipping

At Higestone, we ensure that your order arrives quickly and reliably at your home.

  • Free shipping: All orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped for free.

  • Shipping partners: We work with DPD and PostNL for safe and fast delivery.

  • Fast delivery: If you order on a weekday before 3:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day. In most cases, you will receive your package the next day.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@higestone.nl. We will then refund the owed order amount within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has been received back in good order.

  • Registering a return: Within 14 days of receipt, you can request a return via our [contact form] or by sending an email to info@higestone.nl You will then receive a return form that you can send back with the product.

  • Return period:
    • Orders can be revoked (return notification) up to 14 days after receipt.
    • After this notification, the order must be returned within 14 days. Returns can be sent to:

  • Conditions: If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packed when returned.

Warranty Conditions – Higestone Netherlands

1. Applicability

These warranty conditions apply to all hand dryers sold through the webshop Higestone Netherlands (hereinafter: “the Webshop”), including the models Basic Extreme, Design, Mini and Premium.
By making a purchase, the customer agrees to these warranty conditions.


2. Legal Warranty

2.1. All products supplied through the Webshop are subject to the legal warranty in accordance with Dutch and European consumer law.
2.2. This means that a product must meet what the customer can reasonably expect from it.
2.3. If a product shows defects within a reasonable period after delivery that are not attributable to improper use, the consumer is entitled to free repair, replacement or, if that is not possible, (partial) refund.


3. Warranty Period

3.1. Higestone Netherlands offers a 1-year warranty from the delivery date on the models Basic Extreme, Design, Mini and Premium.
3.2. For business purchases (B2B), a warranty period of 1 year also applies, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3. This warranty does not affect the legal rights of the consumer.


4. Exclusions

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by incorrect or improper use (such as the use of aggressive cleaning agents, fall or impact damage);

  • Incorrect installation or connection to the electricity grid;

  • Normal wear and tear or signs of use;

  • Repairs or modifications by third parties without the permission of Higestone Netherlands;

  • Damage due to force majeure (e.g. lightning strike, water damage or fire);

  • Damage resulting from professional or industrial use outside the product specifications.


5. Warranty Procedure

5.1. To claim warranty, the customer must:

  • Present the proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation);

  • Provide a clear description of the defect;

  • Send the product, if requested, to the return address specified by Higestone Netherlands.
    5.2. After receiving the product or the notification, Higestone Netherlands will assess the complaint within 14 days and inform the customer about the proposed solution (repair, replacement or reimbursement).


6. Shipping Costs

6.1. If the defect is covered by the warranty, the shipping costs for returning and re-shipping the repaired or replacement product will be reimbursed by Higestone Netherlands.
6.2. If the defect is not covered by the warranty, the shipping and any investigation costs will be charged to the customer.


7. Liability

7.1. Higestone Netherlands is not liable for any form of incidental, consequential, or indirect damage, including but not limited to business interruption, loss of profit, loss of data or other economic losses, arising from the use or inability to use the product.
7.2. The liability of Higestone Netherlands remains in all cases limited to the invoice amount of the product concerned.
7.3. This limitation does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence on the part of Higestone Netherlands.
